Women’s Self Defense will cover situational awareness, safety measures, verbal techniques, standing confrontations, defense from attack, and methods of escape and/or attack to disable a would-be threat. The instructors will demonstrate and assist paired groups in techniques that will give you the knowledge to negotiate a physical encounter, with specific approaches that work for women against a larger assailant. Teens, young women heading to work/college, or any woman who refuses to be a victim, this class is for you.
