Classes and Events may have limited space available. Reservations are not guaranteed until payment is received.

Rescheduling Policy: 

Appointments may be rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to the start of the appointment. This must be accomplished by clicking the “reschedule” link provided in the confirmation email. Please do not cancel the appointment and then try to schedule a new appointment. This will cause you to get charged twice. 

 

Cancellation Policy:

Appointments may be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the start of the appointment. For all refunded classes a 10% service fee will be assessed. Please contact us at Training@PacificIndoorTactical.com to request a refund.​ (As an alternative, customers may opt to reschedule for the next available course or apply credited funds towards other in-store purchases or training classes/events.)

 

No-Show Policy:

Appointments where the scheduled person has not arrived by 15min after the start of the appointment time will be assessed a no-show fee equal to the cost of the appointment.
