Team Member

Job Summary: Team Members are responsible for the safety of all Anchor Point customers and staff. They must be knowledgeable about the operation of firearms and assist customers find the perfect fit for their target shooting, hunting or self-protection needs. Team members organize, conduct and supervise safe shooting activities and range operations for all shooters. This includes providing range orientation and assisting shooters on the line. They will ensure that the entire facility and all operations are maintained at the highest standards.

Must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings, weekends and holidays. MUST PASS CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK. Our facility has grown to an astounding 40% female staff and 100% veteran or veteran affiliated (spouse, etc) and we are welcoming more to join.
